So I have made some changes to the site since the latest major update. First of all I deleted the News forum. I wanted to move it all to General FFXIV but apparently the forum software thought other wise and wouldn't let me do it that way. I can see all the topics are in the database so I will be able to get them back once I take a look at how it's done. Also I have updated all topics to include "Pre 2.0" so we kind of resets the forum and make people aware that the information they are looking at are dated. I am going to go through the forums manually and remove it from some posts as these are still relevant. Also I made a LodeStone news feed on the front page. Vicious wanted to have it and I hope this is what you had in mind I am still working on the site and I need some information. If you are able to help out let me know. I need some maps from the game. Also it would be great if you know of any data mining tools out there. Also if you have any information you think could be relevant on the site let me know and I will do my best to implement it. I didn't get to play this weekend as i was working on the site and had some other obligations to tend to. I would love to know if any of you joined a Grand Company and if yes could you hand in items? I don't think handing in items to the guilds are possible in 2.0 but if you know something I don't let me know. So... Maps, Data mining and general information you find relevant :D |

excellent job. You get a lot of guests to the site so everything is being used and seen.. well more usage once 2.0 starts. Love all the changes and yeah the index looks great man. The feed is a simple but nice touch. Thank you.
It just helps to keep people informed when they visit your site in cased they missed something from SE/Yoshi. Only cosmetic thing I might change but just my opinion is the header grey links up top in black background. Hard to see in fact I can barely see my name up there. Again cosmetic minor thing but that's it for now. |

I'll be providing gathering data throughout Phase 3. If there's a format like csv that would make it easier for you to import and what fields you want, just let me know Kida. I linked a spreadsheet I'm working on in another thread, but it's made to look pretty rather than being useful for a direct import. |

Just a heads-up, your Multi-quote button in Chrome kinda obfuscates some text for some reason. I just realized I probably should've posted that in a different section. If I run into anything else, I'll post under the 'Corrections' subforum. Edited by user Monday, June 17, 2013 12:45:37 PM(UTC)

Yes... feel free to post here. The thread is active now so we might as well keep it running :D
I will look into the issues you have posted.
I was able to get the old News forum deleted completely and I have gotten all the posts to General FFXIV so no posts were lost :D |

It could have been an issue with the css but I am not sure. Please let me know if anyone has this error. |

I don't run any crazy add-ons with my browser. |

If this helps you at all, I took a full screenshot of the differences between what I see in Chrome vs what I see in IE on the same machine. The image is somewhat large, so click on the thumbnail to view the full image. So, along with that multi-quote button being out of place, the top portion of the forum is strangely formatted as well. Let me know if I can provide any more info. It's nothing I can't live with, if I'm the only one experiencing this behavior. Edited by user Wednesday, June 19, 2013 8:51:47 AM(UTC)

I'm using regular old firefox but for me the multi-quote button also floats down below the others, same as Raldo's. |
