So I managed to blitz through the main story because I wanted to check out some Grand Company stuff. It appears that for supply/provision that there are two different NPCs that will take items: the one inside the GC HQ and the NPC stationed at a Hamlet to supply leves. (in my case, at Moraby Drydocks for Maelstrom)

I found that both NPCs had some variance in the items they offer to turn-in, however, I found once I turned in both of the gathering items to one of them, the other wouldn't take gathering items anymore, so the lists are shared between the two. At least it gives some variety if you don't like what one has, you can do some from the other.

Also, you gain xp towards the class that would provide the item and not what you turn in as. So if you turn in an item you'd get from mining, your miner automatically gets the xp.

I'm going to keep track of the items requested while this beta phase remains active to see how random it is.

You can turn in Supply/Provisioning stuff at your GC HQ, as well as any NPC who would issue you GC leves out in the field.

I'm relatively sure they give the same list.

Really confused about what's happening with the supply/provisioning. I was running around for what was about 15-20 minutes getting ingredients for the culinarian turn-in, when the items swapped on me again. The NPC says the mission ends at 5:00 am PDT, which is about 15 hours away from now...so why did my items change? And why DIDN'T the items change when they were supposed to at 5:00 AM PDT this morning? Sounds like something with their timers may be messed up...

The Expert Delivery list is just based off of what's in your inventory, is it not? I'm under the impression that it's a list of GC items that you can return and various dungeon rewards (the green ones).
