<Wiping as Intended> is a guild on Behemoth set on effective progression raiding in a shortened raid week. We strive to accomplish clearing new content in a shorter raid week, and as such, aim to be at a higher level of play than a lot of free companies out there. The free company was formed from like-minded individuals who want to clear content in an efficient manner.
The officer core and founding members come from high-end guilds in games such as World of Warcraft, Everquest, and Star Wars: The old Republic. This group, plus many of the founding members, have all known and been playing with eachother for 1.5-2 years.
About the Officers:Valwyn- I was involved in multiple top-end raiding guilds in World of Warcraft (server firsts and top 50 US). In Rift I led a server first guild up through Greenscale and in SW:TOR I was involved a server second guild clearing Nightmare and Hard Mode content. I have 6+ years of raiding experience, and have held leadership positions both in and out of game. I also have years of raid leading experience.
Tucker- Tucker has been playing MMOs for 8+ years including World 3rd 16 Nightmare Mode content in SW:TOR, World 3rd Clear of Plane of Time in Everquest , and has been involved in heroic 25 man raiding in World of Warcraft.
Scuzzlebutt has years of experience in high-end raiding throughout multiple MMOs.

Applicants and trial members are expected to be able to maintain an 80% attendance raiding through progression and farm content. If attendance issues become a recurring theme, members are at the risk of not receiving a raid spot (this is very important as we are pushing content in a shorter week).
When 24-man content begins, we will be using a loot council system to distribute loot. This ensures even loot distribution that will be most beneficial to the raid group. Loot will be based on attendance, how big the upgrade is, time from last loot won, and tenure in guild.

Those looking to join "Wiping as Intended" should be mature, great players, and able to have a good time while raiding.
Those accepted into the guild will undergo a three week trial period in which their performance will be judged. Some leeway will be given to applicants and new members at the release of the game. Trial members are expected to have extensive knowledge of their role and class as well be appropriately geared for current content needs. Those applying at and before the release of the game are given some leeway in the trial process.
