I lost my cache for Chrome since I was having issues with it, so I can't access the patch notes at work, but someone took a screenshot of it: http://home.comcast.net/~nakomaru/FFXIVPhase4PatchNotes.pngSome pretty big changes for gathering: Gathering attempts reduced from six to four - how is this going to impact abilities that required a chain 5 to activate? Hopefully they're adjusting the abilities to fall in line with this. Can't use food while gathering - so no extra gathering/perception buffs except your gear and materia Adjustments made to gathering and HQ rates - for better or for worse? Dark matter no longer obtained by gathering - maybe only obtained from dungeon chests now? Really not a big deal I guess since repair NPCs can fix everything to 100%, but I'd rather do the repairs myself if my crafts are leveled for it. Looking at this, seems odd, maybe they should remove the food that I got in inventory that has gathering related stats?
