Well, since we no longer have an offhand (and thus the bonus from that item)
What's everyone shooting for, in regards to stats? I have the full fishing lvl50 set, a pullers hat and a HQ 48 rod (8K in fish until luminary... still a long ways), and a few rings and the like
Gathering is 213
Perception is 181
and 560 GP (does GP even matter that much for us?)
None of my gear is materia'ed minus my rod.
I have no idea what to do for stats since we cant get the same stats as mining and bot (most are going for 320 perception)
thoughts?

Alright well, here's how I look at it.
Good friend of mine is a miner (I am not), her stats WITH an offhand, are 297 Gathering and 308 perception.
Remove the off hand and its, 241 gathering and 209 perception.
So, I guess those are some really rudimentary and rough targets to aim for.
