the last 3 times ive met weather/time conditions, my HQ rate on goby's seems to have plummeted between the times 10am-2pm, then picks up again after 2. Makes me think that is our window for catching sawfish

Oh my goodness! I just caught the Titanic Sawfish. It was clear and 12:50ish PM, so no news there. It is nice to know that the animation changed to the broad pulls from side to side that is typical with really large fish. Only the Umbral Isles (gotta get my main up to that level) and the Heliobatis left for me! |

Well that blows a hole in my theory that legacy servers only had the fish, guess I'll have to keep hammering at it after I get my Rod of the Luminary :) |

Got the sawfish! I'm really bad with computers and linking images that don't come from my computer so no SS. (whaps computer with his old man cane) But regardless, I got the Sawfish right after 11am ET, no new news there. Mooched off of a 60.7 Wahoo. Used Goby Balls. 262 Gathering/197 Perception. Someone already mentioned it, but legendary catch animation. Was fishing from the spot I imagine most fish from at the Cape, run in, take a left, big cliff with two imperials talking. Adamantoise Server, as far as I know, possibly only the second ever caught here, there was one on the market a day or two ago. VERY not lucky, I've spent a TON of time there and lost track long long ago of how many times I tried for the fish, so not luck, just pure determination and the small amount of OCD all us fishers share. Moon phase unknown exactly, but most of my fishing linkshell thinks it was very close, if not, a full moon. At 1220am I was able to finally see the sky and it appears to be a slightly off full moon, not sure if it's waning or waxing. Hope any or all of this information might be slightly useful. Good luck!

yep congrats. I've been working on my luminary items and finishing the log for what it's worth. Time to catch some legendary fish! Hope they bring more to dol in future updates/expansions. At Red Mantis Falls in eastern noscea I think.. there are only 4 fish showing on here but here is the complete list including the last one I found randomly.. the agelyss carp: mitten crab, silverfish, clown loach, discus, knifefish, agelyss carp (topwater frog) , goldfish, jungle catfish.
