To add to what's been done above (I fished these at levels 44-45):

Snowcloak is located at (5, 21)
(with Honeyworms, I caught Crimson Trout and Seema; with Bass Balls, I caught 5 rainbow trout in a row, and nothing else; with Stem Borer, I caught Crimson Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Seema)

The Nail is located at (15, 21)
Abalathian Smelt can be mooched to catch Kissing Trout (bait was Honeyworms)

Daffidan Pass (12, 23)
Golden Loach
Blindfish
Striped Goby
Lamp Marimo
Abalathian Smelt can be mooched to catch Cave Cherax (bait was Honeyworms)

Couple more on Coerthas:

Daffidan Pass
can also mooch Striped Goby (it was at 3:45 am, so maybe that matters), but I lost whatever I was trying to catch from the mooch at level 46. Bait was Stem Borer.

NEW LOCATION:

Crimson Trout
Striped Goby
Rainbow Trout
Abalathian Smelt
Seema
Kissing Trout (I assume this is a mooch, but I didn't catch one here)

Last fish at The Nail is an Emperor Fish. You can mooch Striped Goby and Abalathian Smelt to catch Kissing Trout. However, I also mooched an Abalathian Smelt and caught an Emperor Fish. I was level 47, and was using Glowworm as bait.

I should also mention that Emperor Fish apparently qualifies as a legendary fish.

did anybody find the correct fishing spot for Upper La Noscea?

I'm at x25 y15, i used silver spoon lure because it gets silverfish HQ a lot, then mooched and landed the lvl 50 Giant Catfish one star legendary. but the location still didn't list in the fishing log

but that's where the legendary fish is
