This happens to be the provision quest for the grand company today.
I think the location is Zahar’ak in Southern Thalan, but I have been fishing for an hour with level 30 and 40 bait without ever catching it.
Anyone know the bait and/or weather/time requirements for this fish?

finally caught 1 (used 40 bait) With Caddisfly Larva, 10:00pm in game time. There is no Yumikuno lure on sale on my server so on idea if that will work. I think it may be a fish that can only be caught at night. And yes it is at Zahar'ak Edited by user Saturday, September 07, 2013 11:31:56 AM(UTC)

Looks like it not only needs to be night, but also clear skies. I've caught it with Rainbow Spoon Lure and Spinnerbait. Not sure which between those and Caddisfly is best. Yumizuno's for ocean fishing, so won't work. ETA: Have managed to catch them while partially cloudy at night, but not yet while full cloudy or during day.
