From what I can tell the drop-down boxes for a specific type of gathering have things from all grades in one shared list, so I'll just post a general "what's missing." If I'm wrong please let me know and I can go over my notes again to break them into specific grades. :)
I don't believe I've seen any type of shards from grass nodes so far, but they could be out there and just be extremely rare. If so, the drop-down is missing Water Shard and Wind Shard.
These items I've harvested from grass nodes but don't yet see them on the list:
Chanterelles
Jade Peas
Midland Basil
Midland Cabbage
Pearl Ginger
Sunflower Seed
I wish I had taken down more specific data so I could log them in later but I missed out on that, was only taking notes for personal reference at the time. >.> Edited by user Saturday, October 09, 2010 1:59:16 AM(UTC)

Almost forgot about all the moss for making dye...
I've personally gathered:
Lead-grey Dyer's Moss
Mole-brown Dyer's Moss
Sand-beige Dyer's Moss
And according to YG there are some other colors:
Celeste-blue Dyer's Moss
Cream-yellow Dyer's Moss
Hunter Green Dyer's Moss
Maize-yellow Dyer's Moss
Mesa-red Dyer's Moss
Olive-green Dyer's Moss
Orchard-brown Dyer's Moss
Raven-black Dyer's Moss
Rose-pink Dyer's Moss
Sunset-auburn Dyer's Moss
Wine-red Dyer's Moss

I added the items you've obtained, but I don't like adding things from other sites without verifying. Especially from sites that got data from dat mining. Just because it's in the dat files, doesn't mean it'll ever make it in game.
I removed the shards from the drop down list for spearfishing/harvesting/quarrying. I've never obtained a shard this way. I think it was just assumed possilbe and added.

Ruby Tomato is also missing from grass nodes. Gathered a +1 today in Bloodshore, plain weather/1st quarter moon & bronze hatchet. |
