It is supposedly in the Ship Graveyard in South Umbra Isle.
I haven't caught one though. It might be weather/time specific and is probably a double mooch off Wahoo.

Is there some requirement to get the ferry to Umbral Isles? The ferry skipper continues to tell me access is prohibited at this time.
