So I finally got to make a lot of updates and get them online. As some of them are jscript updates a ctrl+r might be needed.

FFXIV Gathering Maps: I have made a lot of updates to the maps. First of all I have added more or less all mining and botany locations so these are to be found as well as the fishing locations. I have added more information to the locations which will give you information about level, nearest aetheryte, stats needed to take benefit of the bonuses at the different locations (Gathering Rate, extra gathering attemps etc.). Level of the items along with names can now be seen as well. All in all this gives a much better insight into what is to be expected when looking for places to gather.

Resource finder: This tool has also had a major update. The tool is now based on the information from the maps and it should be much easier to find the things you need as it is also possible to get a link to the location on the maps.

FFXIV Clock: Finally I have been able to calculate the ingame time and you will be able to see this in the menu on all pages. The clock is also a link to a page. So far this page only displays the clock (and some description) but in the future I plan to add information about things happening in the game if they are depending on the time of the day. This is things like Sunrise, Sunset and of course unspoiled nodes. I hope this is something that will become useful down the line once I get some more information collected about these.

All in all I feel good about this update and I hope that it will bring you a lot of information needed. Happy gaming and gathering all :D

EDIT: I should add that I am working on all these things all the time and have other things planned that will come in the hopefully near future.

Looking really nice Kida. I like how the mining/botany nodes show the bonuses required for Whisperer and the nearest Aetheryte is a nice touch too.

There's only really one suggestion I could make right now and that would be to give the designations for fish whether they're mooched or double mooched, or require specific weather to be caught.

Also, I haven't found a resource online yet that tracks GC turn-ins. We used to have a really nice tool here back in 1.0 when there was a set pattern that could be determined, but I don't think I've paid enough attention to see if there's a pattern that exists anymore of if it just picks something randomly within your level range. It would be nice to get a project like this going again, but I think I'll start a separate thread for it.

Does this mean that the things you featured are still works in progress? I happened to check E. La Noscea and saw that Water Crystals were missing, as well as all of the Unspoiled Node stuff (or at least, what I happened to check for) in the resource finder.

Is there any way we can help by filling in any missing data, or does it need to be done manually?

These are some of the things I am considering and hopefully I will be able to make it soon :D

I saw your thread about this and really hope that people will help out. I think it would be great to have this implemented again as a lot of people used the old version.

Yes... I believe I have gathered most of the information about items of the different locations but I still need to add some of the bonuses (Whispers).

Regarding Unspoiled Nodes: This is something I have been neglecting for a while now and I hope to add these to the maps. So far they don't quite fit in with how the system works but I am figuring something out. Also with the new clock on the site I should be able to make a countdown to the next time the nodes are available. I have some plans for unspoiled nodes as you can see I am just not quite sure exactly how to do it yet.
