I've looked all over Middle La Noscea, both in and around Summerford Farms and elsewhere but i've had no luck locating any mature trees/lush vegetation. I am looking for Fire Shards from my level 1-5 Gather Log. I am level 7 botanist with level 3 botanist gear. Any suggestions? Edited by user Sunday, January 05, 2014 8:54:57 AM(UTC)

You will not be able to get Fire Shards as a botanist until you go to level 15 nodes. You can find fire shards in Middle La Noscea at level 15 harvesting nodes http://disciplesoftheland.com/Maps.aspx?mid=18Summerford Gatheringtype: Harvesting Level: 15 Nearest Aetheryte: Summerford Farms Gathering Attempts +1: Intelligence >= 43 Gathering Rate +10%: Gathering >= 69 Gathering Fortune +5%: Perception >= 62 As an alternative you can start mining and get them at level 5 at Hammerlea in Western Thanalan http://disciplesoftheland.com/Maps.aspx?mid=18Hammerlea Gatheringtype: Mining Level: 5 Nearest Aetheryte: Horizon Gathering Attempts +1: Strength >= 23 Gathering Rate +10%: Gathering >= 42 Gathering Fortune +5%: Perception >= 42 |
