Also, if anyone on Lindblum needs food, or bait, please lemme know, I have access to quite a few botanists/fishers so can get a lot of stuff cheaper then other cul's, as such I can generally sell stuff a lil bit cheaper then others.
I also discount for bulk buys :o |

thanks to all for this thread back in January. I went to that blog and did find this food chart in one of the replies and it gives optimal stat, optimal element and it looks pretty complete however I am not sure if this has been updated since the latest patch or needed to be. I'll try to ask the author.
