Is anyone else ahvnig trouble posting comments on the fishing guide?

I've tried forcing reloads of the page, restarts of my browser, nothing seems to work.
I can click on the comment link for a fish and I get the text area to type, but the submit button (or whatever it's labeled) is completely disabled ... I don't even get the clicky-hand cursor instead of an arrow cursor.
Anyone else?
