Is mine! Someone in linkshell found it in a bazaar for 300k. That's what I was offering to pay on YG and FFXIVPro, so it worked out.

congrats. So now the obvious has been answered.. someone knows the exact recipe. It's just what is it so we can all get one.. or start selling them! I'm sure it's decently high of course. too bad .. I have all this rattan lumber.
someone is offering 450k on Wutai.. uh I'd like a new rod but no thanks. |

That's a pretty good deal. The highest WW according to FFXIVPro stats is on my server (Figaro) and he's the only one listed on YG as having one of these. He also has a Yew Fishing Rod +1 (highest known level fishing rod atm) for 900k. >.> |

If you're talking about Evil Yuffie, I just bought mine from him and he's very willing to deal in wind shards instead of gil. If, like me, you're drowning in wind shards from lots of fishing, you can negotiate yourself a very reasonable deal. |

good luck. Most won't post it so they can keep making them and selling for gil with the least amount of competition.
Can't blame 'em. I would do the same thing but eventually someone will find it out and post it. I would look at the willow and bamboo recipes and tweak it from there. It has to be very close to the same thing except for reels and few other changes I would think and of course higher lvl woodworking.
Looks to me to be 35+ woodworking to make based on those who have made and sold them.
