I've noticed some people on this site and my other forums are missing information from their sigs created at enjin.com like mine below for FF14. They sent me this email:
Hi,
Lodestone had an update last night and confused our scraper script. We will get this fixed asap.
Regards, Maxim

Working now obviously. Too bad the forum won't allow me to insert an image into my signature. Still haven't figured this one out. :/ |

I copy and pasted that code into my signature and when I go to save it I get this error popup:
"Your signature should not contain BBCodes."
I've PM'd Kida about this and he told me to use the same code as you did basically. I don't know if there's something messed up with my user permissions or what, but it simply will not let me use BBCode or HTML (tried that too) in my signature. |

should see if Kida can access your profile options/sig and if he can fix it. It's hard to say without actually being hands on. that error code sounds like a forum issue not browser. could be a syntax issue.. something minor out of place. I'd pm Kida to see if he can fix it himself as site admin.
copying my sig code, pasting it in yours and inserting the link for your image in place of mine should work. Edited by user Tuesday, November 02, 2010 4:38:02 PM(UTC)

That's weird Cortez. I even tried going into the Moderation panel and editing your sig. Gave me the same error you experience. |

Check your user prefs and make sure you haven't turned BBCode off - just an idea :)

I am aware of the problem you have Cortez and I have not been able to find a solution (and to be honest I forgot it again). I will add it to the todo list and see if I can find an answer. It is very strange that this is not possible for you. As far as I know you are the only one with this problem.
I will see what I can do. |

Well if it'd be easier, you can just remake my account under a different name and see if that'll fix things. I'm not concerned about my points accumulated up until now or anything. I just want to have the privileges I have now so I can edit information when I have new data.
If you want to do this instead Kida, I can re-register and send you a PM with my new account particulars. |

Just would like everyone to know that this new account is formerly Cortez. Cortez was my beta name and that's when I registered the account on this site. It kind of works out that it had something messed up so I can use my retail name on the forums. :) |
