I'm not gonna post the stats on all of these pieces, but I'm wearing Tarred Walking Hat, Dodoskin Jerkin, Dodoskin Culottes, Cotton Work Gloves, and Leather Workboots.

I'm wearing at lvl 23:
tarred walking hat ~ @ Rescue This can be made and drops as well in a leve if I remember right:
canvas doublet vest (about to replace with dodoskin jerkin (maybe blue)
fingerless leather gloves
dodoskin culottes
leather workboots
dodoskin field belt
The Velveteen scarf gives piety +1 and perception +12. so just compare those to others but it's also lvl 33. I've tried to find the fishing hat: http://www.ffxivpro.com/item/8012004/fishing-hat
..but can't get drop in chest and only one I've seen in a bazaar needed repairs.

The Fishing Hat (Yellow) shows up at the Tranquil Paths rank 20 leve also. Probably the most lusted for item among fishers. Amazingly I have got 3, I say that because only 3 of the top 10 fishers on Figaro have them and 2 of them came from me! The third I put up in my Bazaar yesterday for 500k and it sold within two hours.
Got Toadskin Crakows (Red) from a Cedarwood leve. Also Cage Feeders and Sinking Minnow show up there. (or maybe Cage Feeders were from Tranquil?)

same here. i think i ranted about it on the core forum. i've done the tranquil leves at least 30 times+ never got a hat. I actually just bought one last night since they are finally being made. paid 180K for it ;/ also got a safari belt last night too

Just getting back into fishing myself, haqve this gear for my 40 Botany/38 Miner:
Bamboo Rod
Fishing Hat
Leather Jerkin
Canvas Workgloves
Safari Belt
Leather Culottes
Toadskin Workboots
Should be getting a tarred leather jerkin in the next couple of days.
At this point I'm not going to build a second set of gear for fishing, so I need to use my botany gear when I decide to take up a fishing pole.
I curious how better my stats could be with more reasonably rank ideal gear, then this extreme over level stuff. (I don't have my stats in this gear as 21 fishing to post, here at work, but I could tonight) |

Perception 39
Output 45
I'm curious what fishermen of appropriate gear have for stats, at this level. |
