I have added most, see details below.

@Drar: I will have to wait with this one. I am planning on adding some maps and then I will take a look at mistbeard cove.

@tragicnate: I have not added these as I need information on x and y coordinates in the game. If you are able to get me those I will add them as fast as I can. I have corrected the logging node you pointed out.

@Khymerra: I am not able to add to the map if there are no map coordinates. The ingame coordinates are to loosely defined to add points based on these.

@Arujei: Look at answer above :D
