For those that have read my other posts, you will know
i make a lot of bait. This time I've been making Herring balls.
Recipe:
Indigo Herring
Malm Kelp
Sunset Wheat
Distilled Water
I recommend you have Tacklecraft Training to make them. If you do, you can start making them around R34. (give over 1400exp, so its still high level).
If you don't have Tacklecraft Training then I would suggest waiting till around R38.
For fishers wanting to get the Indigo Herrings, the only place I currently know of is the Blowfish Hole where the Plumia's levequest is in Cedarwood (3x lobster one).
Fish the school there, and then spearfish the spot nearby, then find another spearfish point, and then come back to the school again. It feels slow, but sadly I haven't heard of anywhere else that you can get the herring :(
