Not sure how to update the database, but black eel makes eel pie (just says sand atm). I'm not sure where it is fished, or if this is a school of fish.

Don't know if you found more info already, but I was fishing in grade 2 waters at the lake near Emerald Moss and almost caught Black Eel a couple of times. I was rank 11 and I figure it needs a bigger rank since I always just barely lost it. This wasn't a school of fish btw, just regular water.
