Dear All im happy that DoL provide us a such good place to gather informations im fishing at Grade3 for a long time but i dont know how to choose a optimal place for fishing can someone tell me what is Grade means exactly? thank you!  |

Depending on your Fisherman level you'll want to fish certain grade level spots. It just means the fish can be easier or tougher to catch, what kind of xp/sp you will receive, etc. I would check out the maps section as well but also Kida might wanna chime in here as I think he's made changes to the logs/maps. I use Firefox and I am unable to see certain kinds of information anymore like what fish are caught at what grade level spots and what fishing lvls those people were, etc. Actually, someone needs to write a updated/current fishing guide so people kinda know where to go at what lvls even though we are still exploring most of it is known by now. Before the update the best grade 3 spot was just northeast of Horizon for me but I'll let others reply here to give more current information. Edited by user Monday, December 13, 2010 7:03:11 AM(UTC)

The great thing about the map section for these kind of things are the dropdownlists above the maps. These enable you to find the exact resource you are looking for. If you are rank 12 fisher I would suggest fishing at grade two or three fishing locations. Go to the map and select 2 (or 3) in the "Filter by grade..." dropdownlist and Fishing in the "Filter by type..." dropdownlist and hit filter. The map will now only display resourcepoints that fulfil these criteria.
If you are searching for something specific like Dark Bass find this in the "Filter by item..." dropdownlist and you will know where to go.
I am not quite sure what is is you are missing Vicious. We have never listed what has been logged at the various points and what level people have been. If you want to know all the items that can be obtained at a certain resource point just click the point and check the logger. Here you are able to see all that can be obtained if it has been documented. We still need quite a lot of information before we have all items for all resource points but I hope we will get there eventually. |
