hey, a few mins ago Lodetone released two posts. The first explains what Output, perception, gathering do.

Q.

What exactly do Disciple of the Land–specific attributes affect?
A.

Please refer to the following:
Gathering: Reduces the depletion rate of the Remainder gauge.
Perception: Increases a player's chance to find higher-quality items.
Output:
Increases the amount of times a miner or botanist can gather at a single point, as well as reduces the amount of time a fisher must wait for a bite.

The rest of the info isnt so great on that post, just simple stuff.

The second post is about item search and stack increases. The main stuff we have to look forward to in this is:

everything from DoL will now stack to 99 :D (Least I'm pretty sure everything)

Full list in spoiler

LOL... I just posted the exact same... I will refrain from posting information on increased stack sizes...

I love the fact that we will get 99 stack sizes... this will really save some space. Now if only I could stack normal, +1, +2 and +3 as well but I guess that would make no sense... unless they made some kind of substack??? Naw I guess this is as good as it gets.

The fact that the market wards can be searched as shown on the image (on Lodestone) is also making me very happy. This should help with finding items and prices. I always have a hard time figuring out what price I should charge for the things I gather or craft. I am really looking forwards to the this... now I really don't need the AH anymore...

My only concern regarding the improved market search is the point stating that the "cheapest" 20 listings will be shown.

For something that is very common, but more rare in HQ form, this may be a problem.

The HQ listings will obviously be at higher values, but if you are only able to search for something like Zinc Ore, without filtering to HQ level, then you will surely have 20 listings of people selling junk NQ, and now you won't even see the HQ listing...

20 lines, without scrolling to a next listing page, imo, is a problem.

I can see that this may be a problem. I wonder if they thought of this.

Remember that every body that sells the item will get a star though but if people only look for the name at the top of the list this may be a problem.

Sorting by cheapest/most expensive, or stack size, or whichever should be interactive, but of course the console based UI doesn't allow for that, which is the root of all their problems

If there is no "next page/scrolling" now that they think 20 lines on the screen is enough, then this will be a problem, unless you can search by HQ level after you select the specific item.
They have to have something to denote if an item line is HQ, I can't imagine they would just ignore the usefullness to show this information.

I agree, even if they added the items HQ value in the search inbetween the prices depending on where it was listed I'm sure it would make people a lot happier.
