I was asked on twitter if stats of second hand tools are in effect only when using the second hand tool. I am pretty sure that it will only work when actually using the equipment but I am actually not 100 percent sure.
I mean unless I am harvesting I won't get any stat bonuses from equipping scythes... Can any one confirm this? |

Well it certainly doesn't change my displayed stats (gathering, output and perception) On or off there is no change in the attribute values screen.
