I have 12k FSH marks but it says I do not have the requirements to purchase it.
I have not purchased any other FSH abilities, and I am level 42 FSH if that helps.
Are there certain prerequisites to purchasing this ability? |

You need to do the class quests. There are three for fishers and they are really easy. As you are level 42 you should have access to them all although you may need to do some of the main story quests (not sure). |

ITs been so long, but yes there was a certain degree of main story quests that needed to progress before you could get class quest.

Yes, I have yet to complete any ranked missions at all. That must be it, thank you for the help ^_^ |
