I wanted to do some blacksmithing but the recipes required fire crystals.
Anyone know where to get these?
I fish up shards of stuff, is there a way to turn shards into crystals or something?

The crystals at low level are a catch 22 as they are hard to get till higher level. This is about the ingots I believe? In which case I'd recommend bypassing the recipes requireing crystals till you are a bit higher, maybe buying ingots/nuggets straight off the npc.

I passed the market wards yesterday and here you can be lucky to find them as well and at a reasonable price even. Some people still have no clue how to set the prices (me included) so you should be able to get them at a fair price. |

this recipe you talk about is for making shards you need a crystal to mak ethe shards.
to get fire crystals you either buy them from other players or go kill monsters that drop the crystals your looking for. |

Yep, can only go down. Clusters to Crystals. Crystals to Shards. It doesn't work the other way.
This is an issue to the mass copy and paste going on between sites. One error got copied everywhere, now it's hard to get rid of.
