When seeking out an item it is displayed if the item exists in HQ (+1, +2 and +3) but is this information even relevant.

I was thinking about trimming the database and wanted to remove this field if people agree that it is irrelevant. I for one know what items are available in HQ (more or less all of them except quest items).

So I would like to know if you guys think I should keep it. Even if it makes just a little sense and helps one person I will keep it as it doesn't really matter (performance wise).

But if no one uses it I am not going to keep updating these and use any more time on it.

The specific HQ's are only relevant in game as they do make a difference stats wise or if you are crafting for gil. As far as this site.. the only thing I could see people caring about is wanting to know which items can be hq'd and what is the highest HQ they can get on it.

What's worse about finding HQ's in game is if you aren't making it.. it's a pain in the butt to find them as HQ's are not listed via the market like they were on the AH in FFXI... albeit there was only +1.

They are all listed as NQ and you can assume the higher priced ones are HQ's but then I've found some really cheap +2's. You just end up checking them all.. >.>

Anyway, I think you could do without. If people really want to know that bad there are sites that provide that information.

I'd say no, they are irrelevant in regards to a database.
