Just wanted to let everyone know how progress is going on importing all the items of patch 1.19.

I have finished developing the importer and it is currently running on my server to get all the things in the database.

When this is done (app. 1 hour from now) I will have to make some changes to the site in order to display all the items properly. There have been a lot of changes to stats and so on so I will have to make some changes as well.

I hope to have all this done tonight so you will all be able to get a look at all the new exiting items in the game.

I can tell that there are plenty of new things. Rods, hatchets and picks have all been revised as have many weapons. Also look out for the Ifrit weapons... they look sweet. Also plenty of new materia and other stuff. The list goes on...

Once I have updated the items in the database I am going to update the maps with the information provided on the lodestone.

I really hope I will be the first on the web with a complete patch 1.19 database so please keep your eyes on this thread for more information.

Yay ... phew I am getting tired.

OK so I got all the information imported... I am going to look at how to best display it on the site so you can all get the information as fast and best as possible. I can tell you that there are now 5646 active items in the database compared to the app. 4400 before the patch.

I can't wait to give you access to it all.

I will keep you posted.

YES! All the tools have been updated and given new names. The "Dated" tools still exists but you will need to get new tools ;)

I will have more for you later.

And just to update. I have the data framework for the updated database in place now and I am currently adjusting the site to understand this.

I made a new database to hold all the information until I was ready and all the info from the old database that was still needed (like maps, areas, resourcepoints etc) has been moved and integrated in the new framework.

There is still some work to be done and I am getting pretty tired but I will have it ready soon. Hopefully today.

yeah new rod(s) - only seen one so far, new gig I think?, optimal lvl changed for some gear..maybe all idk.

probably same for botany, mining. Horned hatchet looks sweet for lvl 48 Botany.

here's a difference. My old gig on the right and new one on left for first image:

Noticed some new gear like angler's hat lvl36 with higher perception, raptorskin gear and more.

I am going to go to sleep now. I have been looking at this data for 20 hours now and I am very tired. I am getting very close though but there are some things I need to get ironed out before we can go live.

I hope to get it out to you all tomorrow :D Sleep tight all and good gaming.

OK So I think I have everything tested. There may be some small things with the log but it is not used so much these days so I think it will have to wait.

Had almost 3½ hours sleep this night so I am really busted. I am currently uploading images to the server and once they are up I will try to upload the entire solution and give it a test run on the live server. Don't worry... I will make a backup up the site before I do anything ;D

So far it seems like all is going well though from the testing I have done so far.

I will return once I have some more information on the progress...

Is it possible to add a way to turn on/off "Dated" items in Recipes and Items? Something like clicking a box?

I know that is further down the line for you but it's annoying (and this is on ALL database sites right now) having to dig through the Dated stuff to get to the new recipes.

Thanks and I love the progress!

@Rubicon
At the moment we have none of the new recipes so turning of the dated ones would actually leave the database pretty empty. I will consider your idea though when I get to looking at recipes again as it seems like a good plan :D
