My Thoughts.
I'm a little disappointed by what some can take but I understand it. Some I am confused by. One big one that slightly confuses me, and disappoints me some, mainly because it's my main and only 50, is Pugilist. Take a look at what materia Pug arm can take. Furthermore, this update made Int Pug's highest stat, tied with Str, and gave them ability to counter anytime the enemy gets a miss on them. Thinking they are planning Monk to be this games Ninja. However it looks like it puts Lancer, at what could be the top of the food chain as damage dealers, or very close to. I think, seeing this information I might starting Lnc to 50 next. 8)
EDIT: Another thing to think about. Lower tiers have a higher chances to be added to gear that has materia already. Not much, it's around 30%, but still something to think about."
