Saw this great Materia Chart created and posted by Terah Valeth on Trabia. Pretty nice layout:

Nice chart but I don't think it's complete. For example, I've received Savage Might IV from a belt and that doesn't seem to be marked on their chart.

It is a chart stating where you can slot things, not where you can obtain things.

The only things missing are offhand tools for DoL/DoH, but you can only socket elemental resist on 'em right now, I think, so nobody cares about them.

I don't understand why SE made the dual-stat materias legs-slot only...

Very useful for planning gear upgrades. Would have loved a couple more gear slots to be used for gathering materia, but it seems to be a trend that no single stat based materia can be put into very many different slots.

I guess stacking too much of an individual stat could be unbalancing...

I'm having an issue with reading the chart, probably because I haven't gotten a DoH up high enough to attach a materia, but what do the numbers under the tiers of catalysts mean, exactly?

If you need it, I may have it. I keep almost anything that I loot. Look me up!

Those numbers are the amount that the specified stat is boosted.

For example, the Touch of Rage IV materia lists 9, 10, 11, and 12. This means that any Touch of Rage IV materia you find will have +9, +10, +11, or +12 enmity on it.

The ones that confuse me a bit are the ones that skip numbers. Can you really not get a Bloodthirst IV with +67HP on it? According to this chart, you can only get a Bloodthirst IV with +55, +60, +65, or +70HP.

The values underneath are the possible stat values on the materia.

eg: a Bloodthirst Materia Level 1 may have +10HP, +14HP, +17HP or +20HP on it.
