Not sure how accurate this is but yellow gremlin site has picture of catch and description with optimal rank of 15, we shall see soon enough i guess either way with game going live tomorrow.

I am not quite sure how that one snuck in there but I have removed the extra black eel now... I have left the one with rank 15 as I also found it at this rank other places. |
