Can one still get Taupe Scale Bugs through quarries?
If so where can I find them? Otherwise, are they now dropped?

Hi Beollan,
No, the scale bugs are no longer available. You may find some still in the markets or somebody's bazaar. All the recipes now use the new universal dyes. We will have to wait for patch 1.20 to get some new recipes.
