Name is Lex, I played ffxi for 6 years on Odin. I am enjoying xiv but I miss my Cor/Nin.

And for this forums purpose I guess I am a Miner.

Realized Ive been poking around the site for a bit now and had missed this thread so here we go. My name is Paul i roll as Major Armstrong on Istory more or less feeling all the game has to offer. If i had to pick a main i would say Fisher though its truly only a means to an end so i can max my Armorer (via extra crystals and merchant ward buy/sell). I have been into MMO's since Muds and UO though i cant claim to be a true hardcore FF fan. I have always enjoyed the games as i grew up throughout the consoles. Sadly when it came to FFXI I couldn't keep myself held to it with the de-leveling system in place. Though my childhood best friend has played religiously until this launch and i agreed to come along. Long story short WoW is old Cata was boring, rift is another clone, DC universe to shallow of plot and many other various reasons all leading to me coming and playing a game with my best bud. Ill be honest and say at the moment i do still have my options open for other games but i doubt anything will come close to pulling my attention until the new Star Wars MMO. So expect to see more of me, more theory crafting, and more guides/lists.

P.S. Kida my hat is truly off to you. As someone who enjoys information at my finger tips and online sources of wisdom. You are the WoWwiki to the FF version of Wowhead (Aka DoL & YG)

My character name is Lola Ybbdrasil on Gyshal and I've just come back to FFXIV (think I stopped playing 3 months after the game came out, lol ; ; don't hate!) after my friend convinced me to try the game again. I play for shorter periods of time than the normal player (probably) because of college homework. I'm a huge strategy nerd, and love to play Starcraft 2 whenever I can get the chance, watch SC2 games on live stream (GSL & MLG etc) and I've played most of the C&C games and CIV games... lol.

Anyhow, this site kind of struck my fancy since the main thing I love to do in FFXIV is gather... Well, gather fish. The other two don't interest me as much.

edit: aaaaaand I've played FFXI since 2005 spring >.> but, we don't need to mention that. Mainly because I play like once a month now, if that ;x I also played SC1&BW from 98 release till 04 <3

Hey gang, I'm Rubicon. I'm on Mysidia. I moved from Lindblum with my LS. I'm a Botanist, Weaver, and Leatherworker. My skills aren't quite up as high as they were but I'm working on it.

I've been a long time follower on Twitter. I think the crafting and gathering community is key to the success of FFXIV. I look forward to sharing tips and recipes with everyone here.

Hello! I am Romidant, and have held that name since the first year I played FFXI, back in... '04? Stopped playing after the Midgardsormr/Quezacotl server merge happened and I had to change her name. :/

I live in Atlanta, GA, USA, currently working at a local PetsMart. I have a twitter and a blog that occasionally gets an update, the blog less than twitter... I really should update it more, but I'd rather play FFXIV. :P If you want to look at what's there, the blog is here (still needs some work,) and under 'romidant' on twitter (my icon is the 8bit elvaan.) I also occasionally tweet under 'fishercatyami.'

Romi started as a botanist, picked up mining, and then ended up as a pugilist. It's a good thing we have those retainers...

Hey folks, I'm Raldo Volca from the Selbina server. I've been doing Botany since beta, with emphasis on compiling data on it. Sadly, I'm only BTN44, but there seems little incentive to level up past a certain point for gatherers...

I've been going back and forth about whether or not to sign up on the forums here, but after my thread on the Lodestone gained little traction, I decided to go ahead and sign up here in hopes that I can help compile this type of data.

Here is my Botany data.

The only data I'm missing is Nopales chop/remainder data, various leve-only item chop/remainder data, and various NPC sell price data. I'll finish it up when I get around to it.

Used to play XI for a long time back in the day, quit around when abyssea was announced. Recently started playing XIV, and have gotten CNJ to 50, working on THM next. Also working on a mix of WVR/CRP/LTW/BOT for now. Nothing to big yet, but hoping to help contribute and learn nonetheless.
