Does anybody know when Urianger pops? I have been monitoring the three dungeons outside each city for over 2 days, no pop. On Saturday I did this for almost 13 hours, every hour porting or taking an airship to each and checking.  He shows when the Mi'quote pops in a city and talks about an Archon. Some forums suggest he pops 05 and 35 mins after each hour. Not true. I even checked with and without Imperial battles. Nothing.

He doesn't pop very often, maybe for a few hours every couple days or so. He doesn't spawn in the same region at the same time, so if he's up in one location, he won't be up in any other locations. I'm not sure where he spawns in Thanlan, but I can share with you where he spawns in the other two regions. Please pardon the horrible map images.
