Played around with this a little bit since I don't have the required craft levels to have the best set of abilities, but I was able to craft one of the Hamlet helmets with no HQ materials and got from 0 to almost 300 quality. I imagine I would have HQ'd no problem with HQ mats, and it should be pretty easy to HQ if you have the optimal abilities. Gotta have 4 different crafters at 45 >.> |
